Honestly, being a fetishist, mostly, there are SO many Vanilla situations that I wish ended with a GS, I'm glad that people can't read my mind. The only time it was a "shock" was my very first session, where I was feeling my way around this new world with my Domme. Everything was a shock, including the tea flavored GS in the tub at the end of the session via a GoGirl.
