Hey all, I already asked this in the Health forum, but was advised to post it here as well.

This is really hard to ask...

I am a spanko who only gets to session around once or twice a year. As I've gotten a little older, a problem I've run into is that the
anticipation and anxiety that goes with the lead-up to sessioning causes my IBS to flair up. Usually, when I finally meet the domme, it seems to magically go away, but leading up to that moment, I keep having to go to the bathroom, and I feel terrified that I'll be farting or having to go during the session! (Luckily that hasn't happened).

I'm wondering if there's anyone out there that's in the same boat. If so, do you have any type of regiment you go through to prepare your digestive system before a session, like adding a supplement or cutting out certain foods?
