Scott Paul makes amazing things - simple but diabolical.
I bought this because he said it's electroconductive...and it's not. I mean, not in the slightest. So, unless he's changed the material, don't expect it to do that. As a result, I never use it.
I love the cruel condom. I had hoped it was conductive too. I even tried with the violet wand, with no luck. So now I just put a tens pad on the cock under it. I also love putting it on and running a vibrator over it. It feels good and bad at the same time. In fact, I liked it so much that I did a review - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXv3TKb2Cso&list=PL19pr604gDbpr__JNTBsT9sqSu6tTjjFk&index=4What is your favorite Scott Paul toy, Mistress Tissa?
