Yep, fun and edgy until it's not.
I think the big problem is that things can go from pushing things right to the edge to falling over the edge in a split second......apparently, in some cases with zero warning.
Everyone's tolerance for risk is different but breath play to unconsciousness certainly exceeds mine. YMMV.

Wasn't there a lengthy article by well known BDSM educator Jay Wiseman some years ago stating there was totally NO safe way to practice breath play to the point of unconsciousness? I seem to recall him quoting several kink friendly MD's and reputable medical sources about how it was basically playing Russian roulette. You could perform the same activity 10 times exactly the same way and on the 11th the person could die without warning.
