Gear? (real or fantasy)

If you could magically have or experience one piece of BDSM equipment or gear what would it be? It doesn't necessarily have to be real or something that currently exists in a workable form. Maybe something you have only read about in fiction or seen in a video. Something that would be fully functional and effective.
Conversely, maybe it is an existing item that you as a sub have always wanted to experience (or for Dommes, to have in your collection)

I'll go first.
A medical exam table with leg stirrups for examinations, medical procedures, and other related activities. And associated implements and toys accessible in the drawers in-front, directly below the stirrups - so the nurses and doctors can readily access what is needed for the patient in need.
