Mistress Tissa is a mod on these boards. I've never had the pleasure but from her posts and the information on her very professional website I'd say she would be an excellent choice. Looks like she has a ton of bondage gear and the knowledge to use it well.
edit FWIW I do get the impression she is quite selective about who she sees and the specific application process so I would suggest you read her site carefully before reaching out if you think you and she might be a good fit.

100% agree with Furfan.
Also like Furfan, I have not had the honor. But if I were looking in Philly, NO DOUBT she would be #1 choice for application for consideration.
And like Furfan said, review her web page and blog - and you will see evidence of a professional at the top of HER game. So good!
