when people use the idea of Roman or Roman showers in the context of a ftt session, do they mean that the domme with vomit on the guy and make him eat it, or that the domme makes the guy vomit and eat his vomit, or a lot of both?

It typically means the Domme will vomit on the sub or vomit and have the sub eat it
