That would be ideal but I can’t find a way to do that. I suspect that might be what the monthly subscription customer service is for but I do not want to give yahoo a credit card number and then have difficulty canceling it because I don’t trust yahoo to make it easy.

I don’t think that’s the problem because I’ve sent my outlook email a test email from a gmail account we have and it did not arrive in the outlook inbox. At one point I know the outlook email was working because I would receive some junk emails but now nothing.

No organization that uses 2 factor authentication charges people for it. They are trying to get their users to use and most of them don't want to.

It’s not exactly a constant 2 step verification. More like a one time or once in a while thing where they send a code to my back up email which is outlook and which isn’t accepting incoming mail which I can’t figure out how to rectify that.
