I find myself encountering more real world submissives these days - or at least guys trying to be real submissives - and I am spending more time with a select few of my own subs and I see their struggles. An example is attending FemDom retreats and seeing subs attempting to stay in the mindset for an extended period. Recently I suggested one of my boys consult with a very well trained submissive that has served his Domme for 8 plus years and is now in a 24/7 relationship with her. My guy came away from the discussion feeling so much better about his (our) situation and with some excellent coping mechanisms. It just made me wonder if others could benefit from this type of coaching.

This is an interesting point about the group dynamic. ive had a few experiences of this sort of situation -- multiple Dommes, multiple submissives -- and initially i was concerned about how the interaction would be among submissives ...but it became quite collegial, supportive and affectionate (emotionally, not just the encouraged bi play) ....to the point that the lead Mistress decided to gag us to make it difficult to talk to each other even when serving the group of Dommes...it felt like that was not a conceit but something that for Her was quite important....and so thus quite important for us to internalize...

YES! I've encountered this at retreats and film shoots. I love seeing sub bonding and men getting over their homophobia.

Mistress Ayn as I said I don’t think I am in your target audience for this particular group you are talking about but I do think there is value in being able to talk with other subs in general. I have never spoken to another sub. . The idea of doing this would’ve been horrific years ago although as I’ve aged I find I am less hung up and less paranoid although still very private and closeted. I do have submissive desires to go deeper into submission with someone but I am very sure I will never live them out. At present if I can session once or twice a year I am lucky. Still i wonder if and how other married subs manage do this and it would be interesting to hear of the experiences of someone who does if there are any. Actually I should probably start a thread on this topic.
