I usually use CBT to mean both, when I write ads or talk about My specialties I usually skip using both terms just to keep it simple. I always associate the term CBB as just tying with rope specifically, which sometimes can be considered "torture" and sometimes it's just "bondage", kind of just depends on how you do ball ties. Typically I use ball ties to better use other equipment you mentioned, it's way easier to get a pair into a parachute when they're tied, which can also make the sensation more intense.
