Curious if you see CBT and CBB as separate activities and why very few Dommes seem to specifically include CBB in addition to CBT on their lists of activities?

I a huge fan of the C&B bondage aspects (humblers, parachute harnesses used in predicament rigging and other forms of restraint ) but many types of popular CBT like crushing or ball busting/kicking have zero appeal. I certainly have engaged in CBT but find things like electricity, weights or something like a Kali's bracelet far more controlled and precise than the brutality of a punch or a kick.

Curious if this differentiating is common?

I've been told I am on the fussy or particular end of the scale on more than one occasion. One Domme teased me once about being a "Goldilocks". Activities had to be not too much, not too little but just right.


I find I tend to differentiate between things like humiliation and degradation too. With the latter being a turn on in session and the other leaving me cold.

I think part of it is wanting clear communication and to make sure both parties have the same understanding of terms and expectations of what activities they involve.

I usually use CBT to mean both, when I write ads or talk about My specialties I usually skip using both terms just to keep it simple. My website has a very thorough list of My specialties where I do list both. I always associate the term CBB as just tying with rope specifically, which sometimes can be considered "torture" and sometimes it's just "bondage", kind of just depends on how you do ball ties. Typically I use ball ties to better use other equipment you mentioned, it's way easier to get a pair into a parachute when they're tied, which can also make the sensation more intense.

I love the psychological effect of a parachute harness or a scrotal cuff. Especially with a leash attached. It's not the actual sensation so much but rather the idea of what a sharp, hard jerk on the leash would do.

It certainly causes you to follow with alacrity when the Domme walks away at a brisk pace. I've always been amazed at how fast I can move on my hands and knees with the right motivation.

I agree CBB doesn't usually involve any significant amount of pain. I think for me the sensation serves as a steady reminder of what could be to come. It certainly helps me get into the right head space for the D/s aspects of a session.

Interesting comment. Do you live in a jurisdiction where you have to be particularly careful to minimize potential legal jeopardy or is this type of play always something of a grey area in the US?

Have to comment here... the way you remove a ball tie is truly unique & painful Ms Ultra Violet.

My experience (and because I am a wimp, I don't know how easy you have taken it on me), is that it is just bondage (or a way to get my cock fully into a chastity device) until the very end of it then the removal is a quick but intensely painful torture that is worse than a hard ball kick.

I think most clients (and some Dommes) really have no idea the kinds of risks we take to do this work. Most of the world is not friendly to women who do in-person sexy stuff. There are three different kinds of risks in "I touch your penis for money", "I do CBT", and "I torment your body".
