Wow, this is interesting and fascinating.
I understand why you did what you did......but - why not go for it and give it a shot? Obviously, he means alot to you, and you don't have those feelings frequently.
Life is too short to not "go for it", and live off of your feelings. No regrets. I try to live that way, but it is easier said than done.
