Has anyone used cbd suppositories to help relax the muscles for anal? Effectiveness? Does it impair cognition at all? It seems that its a very small dose and applied topically, but it does enter the blood stream.

well perhaps no one is particularly interested, but i did try it and found it effective at helping the muscles relax and felt no sense of being impaired or any other impact at all. the little critters are slippery so inserting it without having it melt is a bit of a challenge but otherwise seems like worth having.

Did you put it in before a session or during the session or was it just to try it out with no session at all? How long did it take for it to take effect?

Just to try it out. The instructions say about 10 minutes. I didnt feel anything in particular after 10 minutes but I did find I was more flexible with toys so I think it worked...

I tried a bit (of powder, orally) to reduce anxiety before an extreme session and it seemed to help.
