I’ve been in the scene for over 15 years. I worked for a while as Mistress Isabel (in Texas) and then Mistress Oksana back in NY. Not too personal. I’m actually still in academia. I stopped applying to tenure-track jobs in the humanities after I got outed but since then I’ve shifted my research to studying sex work and tech. (Here’s some of that work.) I’ve been a visiting researcher in the department of gender studies at UCLA since 2022, + I still adjunct in my former field here in nyc, mainly for the health insurance lol
