I have experienced sounds a number of times with a number of different Dommes. The feelings and sensations differ based on several variables.

Lube....If the Domme chooses to use lube I found the sensation to be slightly pleasurable. I experienced a tingling sensation, which was greatly magnified when the Domme touched the top of the sound with a vibrator. That was a great feeling, the vibration went all the way down and into my balls. While I wasn't allowed to cum from that, I believe I could have if she had wanted me to.

Absent lube, I felt some irritation as the sound was inserted, a sort of burning sensation. Not terribly uncomfortable, but not at all pleasurable like the experience with lube.

If the Domme didn't use lube and started with a a larger sound, I found the experience to be very uncomfortable and even painful, which was exactly what she wanted me to experience. As others have said, it is defiantly a bit of a mind fuck to have that thing that uniquely identifies you as a man to be invaded and abused from the inside out. It is pretty intimidating the first time, hell that's the most sensitive part of a man's body.

Only caveat I would offer would be do this with a Domme you know is experienced in this type of play and who is very serious about keeping her toys extremely clean and sterilized. While you will be sore while pissing for a few days after sound play, there shouldn't be any serious complications assuming the Domme is experienced and everything is clean and sterilized.
