I have experienced sounds a number of times with a number of different Dommes. The feelings and sensations differ based on several variables.

Lube....If the Domme chooses to use lube I found the sensation to be slightly pleasurable. I experienced a tingling sensation, which was greatly magnified when the Domme touched the top of the sound with a vibrator.
