There was KinkBnB, which went off the AirBnB model but never worked correctly. Kinkyee is only a listing; booking is made with a third party or directly with the dungeon owner. They make money via featured listings. Note that my dungeon is listed, but of course, it does not fulfill the "outdoors" requirement in the slightest.

I believe there is a network of dungeons in the US for pros, but not for lifestyle. It's the opposite here--renting to pros is a big no-no.
