There are so many retreats these days of rural houses tricked out with large dungeons and huge backyards. There once was OWK, but now there are thousands of mini OWKs. There once was Kink in the Caribbean, and now hundreds of package tours exist. It's out there. Keep searching!

Even here in Paris, there are two very large parks where one can find select spots. I feel weird about that because "being caught" goes against my policy that everyone must consent, and I would never force my kink on unwilling strangers.

I think of little parks like the ones near my home, but you did write "very large". More like Central Park in NYC I guess. Large enough where you could be alone, at least for short periods of time.

Public scenes are no doubt a thrill with a gallon ( 4 liters for the Europeans :-) ) of adrenaline dumped into your system. I agree with you though, it is nonconsensual with people who might be passing so outside of what I will do. Darn! :-)

I agree. When I posted this thread I was not equating an outdoor session with public play. While I enjoy the former the latter holds no appeal. I believe exposing others to public displays of kink would be in very poor taste.

I completely agree. That's why when my Mistress and I have done them it is near dawn on summer Sundays, with little or no chance of really being seen. We've done the NYC waterfront - small parks and industrial areas nearby. But never a full, intense hour or so session. It is more "hit and run" with one of us saying, "This looks good." We stop, she does a couple of things, and we find another place and she does a couple more. Usually we wind up at her space to finish the session. Again, the outdoor aspect - and the time of day - gives this an edge with the completion of the session behind closed doors.

I am sure there is an equivalent in the USA, but here we have: https://kinkyee.fr/ with about 200 dungeons in France. Almost all of them are in the middle of nowhere. Once one leaves the cities, real estate is very inexpensive. Most of them boast hot tubs and completely private gardens. Getting there would be a chore, though.

I think it could add something to a session that is finished indoors. Feels like a different mood for me, though.
