As some of you may know, I used to run an account on Twitter called Domme Travel that published touring information of Dommes. There were also accounts specific to some cities including Chicago, Detroit & Boston. Sometime in 2018 or 2019, Twitter suspended all of those accounts with the exception of Domme Travel Boston (no idea why they left Boston alone). So, once Dommes started traveling again after Covid, I started posting stuff to that account again when I would see a Travel announcement for Boston or a Domme contacted me asking about it.

This past week, however, I have been scrolling through Twitter on accounts I maintain & have been hit with not just political stuff from extremists appearing in my feed but explicitly Pro-Nazi content. For this reason, I have decided to suspend all of my use of "X" for the month of July, including the @DTBoston account. In August, I will give it one more chance but if any of that kind of content appears in my "for you" feed again (meaning "X" is pushing it rather than someone I follow posting or retweeting it), I will be deleting all of my former Twitter accounts including @DTBoston.

I apologize to any Dommes who have taken advantage of this resource in the past and will update the status as things unfold. Btw, this decision also does effect my personal account so if that suddenly disappears come August (or later), its not because something has happened to me.

Reestablish those accounts on Bluesky or Mastodon.

Pin a post on X.com pointing people to the new feeds.

Bluesky is the most similar to Twitter.

Mastodon will give you more control.

Mastodon will be much more free of cranks. If such a service is important to you volunteer with this site or make your own to have a place where you can post and remove crank posts.

Maybe DominaAdmin can make a new Travel subboard and make you a mod. You could set up a thread for each city and curate it.

Of course you will have to advertise a lot to get any kind of solution going.

Thanks for the suggestions Soapy but not looking for alternative solutions, just wanted the Dommes who used my services to know that I am on break & why.. plus, explain if my accounts go *POOF* next month, that it is not me disappearing (especially considering that my new latex clothing line is going into its first store later today).

No need for a new sub board, there is already one here for "Travel & Guest Mistresses" but the fact that you made that suggestion tells that story. Was on Mastodon when Switter was around & hated it. Have hoped that Bluesky would take off but just haven't seen any buzz & its not worth the work to just shout into the void... better off setting up a discord server if I was going to do anything more along those lines. But, I am not enamored with the fact that Findumbs have replaced actual Dommes in the younger generation so not willing to do the level of work to support them as I did 10 years ago (sorry if that offends the great Dommes here, just giving my real feelings).

I was thinking of something different than the Travel and Guest Mistresses board up top. In any event, you could always ask DominaAdmin to be a moderator for it, and do what you did there.
