Her role could be played as somewhat reluctant and both a little sympathetic yet firmly matter of fact. I'm so sorry but I have no choice"? or....."You'll be spending the next 4 hours like this. I know the position is uncomfortable but you really should try and rest. The next set of training activities are going to be very challenging"

Although the session might only run for a day the roleplay could pretend my sentence is a week or even a month.
