I didn't take it as criticism. It is a good idea, I was only playing it out in a post. Your ideas actually might work well in a dynamic intake form to schedule a first session.

Using a quiz like that as an intake form is an interesting idea. I generally like those checkbox forms listing a bunch of activities but I definitely end up checking a lot of boxes and can be too simple. Something that indicates how you feel or what kind of sub you are or how you want to feel could be helpful to the Domme in understanding the client. It’s just as important to have a handle on where a sub is coming from or how he wants to feel than just knowing a list of activities he likes I’d think.

I agree. A great session is more than just a list of activities. The tone and atmosphere of the session as well as the Domme's attitude and manner count for a lot too IMO.
