it exactly. What you do in your 40s 50s and 60s will set you up for a healthy and active 70s and 80s I was working out hard, fighting in point karate tournaments. Two months after I hit 52, I got beat by an 18 year old. I was old enough to be his grandfather. So I worked out after the tournament, the next day I woke up with a screaming pain in my back ! Went to the AMA doctor that just gave me some dope, went to a chiropractor that fixed me up, but I was still taking the dope. Prayed to God, and he said I could have anything I I stop the dope. Thought about it. BMW Z4? Naw, already had a fancy sports car. New stereo? Nope. House? Naw, too much work and noisy neighbors....so I decided to adopt a.....CAT ! ! and no more karate  And no more dope  Now that is >>>BAD DOMS<<< ! !
