I feel this. I have the same problem with frequency and intensity. I am old and it’s still very hard for me to take days off or have easy days in the gym. It’s gotten worse since the kids are grown and I’ve retired because I’ve got more free time now and less excuses. But I’ve finally realized you need days off and easy days mixed in with the hard days. You and everyone else who are still young take care of your body and be smart.
