I've been on some good stretches of working out frequently and making tiny but steady progress. Something happens, I take time off, and come back amazingly stronger. I thought I was giving myself enough recovery time, but duh, I was not.

Heh. I started thinking of that series as soon as I read ", faster".

Recovery days are like post-session after-care. We haven't always considered these things, but they help solidify the experiences. [/quote]
