I want to work out 5-6 times a week, but I am trying to be more aware of needed recovery days. I was down last weekend from DOMS and skipped workouts because my birthday seemed to get in the way. But, geez, I killed it at my "Bootcamp" workout today. Better, faster, stronger. (Cue 6 million dollar man theme.)

Recovery days are like post-session after-care. We haven't always considered these things, but they help solidify the experiences.
