Bad DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness ).
I've got some after going back to the hip machine at the gym this weekend. Ouch!

thought this was going to be about incompetent new doms.....LOL.....I'll do car maintenance, carrying a hydraulic jack up and down 2 flights of stairs, and will have DOMS for a week.
With what I save by DIY, in 2 weekends, I could get a premium session. but I'm getting a ps5 ! !

Lake Tahoe ? huh? that is super pristine.
Paris France? I heard there is a water shortage so it is dirty. A friend mailed a camera from the U S to France because the French Tariffs cause a huge mark up.
I only cook with butter after living in French Acadiana Southern Louisiana...those [RACIST SLUR REMOVED] know how to cook !

The father of a friend of mine had life threatening high cholesterol. She begged him to give up meat. He did, and started eating vegetables. His cholesterol went down. Then he decided he missed cooking with butter. :-)
