Someone needs to file a class action suit against these thieves. I have heard, but can't confirm, that they just keep the money as opposed to returning it to the clients. Their reasoning for keeping creator's money is that you violated their TOS, so it's not your money. Well, I don't think it is theirs either. If they aren't going to give it to you, they should return it to the customer.

If they end up doing this to me, I know an attorney in Atlanta that specializes in class action cases and he is adult work friendly. I really think this would be right up his alley.

OF has been stealing from SWERS ever since its inception. It began as a Findom's idea (her name was Goddess Lindsey.) Her boyfriend designed the site, and she got customers for it as she had a lot of credibility in the online scene. Shortly after her idea and IP proved her product had market reach, he stole it and created Only Fans.

OF has never been SW friendly and has been stealing SWER work since its beginning. The best thing to do is to ask clients to chargeback and to pay you directly (if they're trustworthy.)
