I do like the straitjacket very much for long sessions, and I agree that it is relatively comfortable... But how comfortable is up to who controls you. When I don't behave, she usually tightens the straitjacket and with time it becomes real torture, all she has to do is wait... eventually it will break you..

My wife and I live interval training. It is a great way to grow old if you gotta. When I put the money together to see a professional, she and I both like it to be formal. It is part of the excitement. Maybe we could push it to 4 hours. 2 is our sweet spot. It would be fun to have a kink weekend, like you describe, with other couples.

That is very true. When I was working with a personal trainer, who would kick my butt and seem to enjoy my suffering...I couldn't help but think of the parallels with sessioning. It was a glad it's over but can't wait to go back thing. I don't know if that is the same for you but, it can definitely be a lot of feelings, adrenaline and endorphins running through someone's body at one time.

Yes thanks. I’d love to do it but don’t see it happening but you never know. I’d have to be very disciplined and save for a year or two to start and it would be difficult knowing me.

You've talked about doing lifestyle scene play quite a bit. Are there retreats that lean the way of them weekends? One of my friends went to Camp Crucible a few years back and loved it. Campers planned specific scenes but the overall weekend, as he described, was casual with intermittent, planned play.

You've come a long way since you first came on board here. How is the home dungeon going? Have you had parties or is it just for you and the wife? Congrats, btw.

I would never let myself be tortured by a fitness trainer... that sounds like a turnoff :-)

But fully agree with the feeling of intensity... a good session is better than any drug (not that I have tried them all).
