How do you like a Domme to be verbally in session> Mostly silent with only the occasional brisk/abrupt order or quite loquacious and chatty?

I am definitely in the latter category. I love a Domme who keeps up a running commentary on what she is doing, the features of equipment, how it will effect me or how intense it is, musing out loud of what she might do next, maybe talking about how she made a slave suffer last week etc etc

What are your preferences in scene?

Oh, and what about music? I'm a "no" on background music (at least at any significant volume) I find it distracts from my focus on the Domme. Even if I'm blindfolded I like to strain to hear her moving about, opening drawers or gathering equipment off a shelf. I especially love the sound of heels clicking on the floor as she approaches. I find all this really adds to the anticipation and trepidation.

Great questions. Personally I tend to prefer less talking. Though I recently have had a lot of doubles and have really enjoyed the dynamic of having one Domme more talkative and the other more quiet. Just seems to blend well.

I love music playing in a session. I think the sessions I tend to gravitate to go well with background music. I did a ballbusting session in a NYC dungeon many many years ago and can still remember the Domme kicking the crap out of me with Nine Inch Nails blaring. I’ve been talking with a Domme who unfortunately is on the other side of the country, but we share a love of the band Rancid and have talked about doing a session with that as the background. I think the right music can add a lot, but I get how some could find it distracting

I love to talk. But only if I really feel like I have something to say. I don't like to put filler in scenes, this includes words. I don't like things to feel forced and fake. Sometimes I have a lot to say. Other times the scene tends to work better with the less is more approach.

Music I also love to incorporate but, again, only if it truly works with what I'm trying to accomplish. Otherwise it just ends up being a distraction.
