Well, the two mistresses I have seen or read of the different golden shower are on the more extreme edge of things . . . but it definitely happens, if we believe video . . and is done by some mistresses who are known and travel nationally. Just a bit of a surprise, which is probably what they intended for some of their subs!

Not sure I quite get the mechanics of how this is done?  Some kind of enema style tube with a funnel? Any safety concerns with uric acid on the sensitive tissues in the colon?

The usual way is with a funnel but 1 or more dommes have peed directly in!
As for health and safety concerns, you would have to ask them, but it does not seem to have more or different concerns than gs in the mouth!
