If and when you give or receive smothering, which could be ass smothering or hand smothering, how often do you go out or does the guy go out, if at all?

Most of the Dommes I have played with count the seconds and can tell when I'm starting to struggle. I usually only last 20 to 30 seconds.

You mean, you struggle or tap out at 20 or 30 seconds, given a count or watching the clock, and they let you breathe when you tap out or struggle some?
