Just wondering if anybody on here (Domme or sub) has any experience inflicting or receiving this punishment. It's not something you see mentioned on a Domme's list of offerings very often.

I've seen videos from a South African Domme (Mistress Baton) who does severe judicial caning and sometimes includes bastinado. She used a type of A frame where subs are restrained laying on their backs with their feet in the air in ankle cuffs exposing the soles.....often with big toes and knees tied together to limit movement. Although, I would think kneeling in restraints on a spanking bench with ankles and calves secured would also work. In any event, it looks very intense.

I'm curious but would worry about the fact that I've read that walking can be difficult afterwards. I'm normally travelling when I session so that could be an issue. I suppose, like anything else, it would depend on intensity, duration, number of strokes etc?

I have experimented with it three times. The first was due to my own curiosity. The next two times was because the Dommme said she liked doing it. Like all painful activities it has different intensity levels. In all three instances my experience was at one of the lower (but not lowest) levels. I would suggest starting at the low/moderate level and work your way up.

Yes it can cause trouble walking and if the Domme doesn't know what she is doing can require medical attention afterwards. I found it interesting as something different but not something I wanted to do very often.

All the time. Especially for those subs into pain who cannot be marked, no one checks feet! It doesn't take that much at all to make it hurt and be very effective. Even light taps will sing.
