TS dominas are a longtime coming. The first ad I ever saw that turned out to be a TS was Alannah Starr in NYC during the early 2000s. She was featured in an old Arena Blaze dungeon ad, no mention of her being TS, and her pics were stunning. I called for a session a week or two after the seeing the ad and the receptionist practically yelled, "Alannah doesn't work here!" and slammed the phone. (My guess by the reaction was that Arena Blaze's clients were not ready for a TS domina, or the owners didn't know she was.) Alannah made her name in NYC as a porn star, TS party host, overall diva and moved to Paris. Around a decade ago I finally met her at an AVN convention all dressed up in black leather and lace, etc. promoting a new video. I mentioned the Arena Blaze call, she laughed and I got a picture with her somewhere. But I never found out if she actually did live sessions as a Mistress.

Yeah, times have changed and TS dominas could be a thing. 20 years ago if you'd ask me if I would do a dominant session with a female bodybuilder I would have said no, but I've done more of my share with those who are dominant Amazons.
