I have but its because of asked for it as part of a session. Its a fairly common request for me but Its normally not at the beginning i might do it with an hour left in a 3 hour session. I dont think its for everyone but i enjoy the feeling of a very big spike in excitement and anticipation followed by a pretty significant emotional swing when reality sets in that i have signed up for more torture. I have never safe worded out of this type of session and i really enjoy it. But for most I'm guessing it falls into the category of fantasy is better than reality.
