I need more information.

If the Domme and sub have some kind of agreement that "transgressions" (i.e. expected bad behavior) are to be met with "punishment" (aka "funishment") then sure. This is bratty play. Some enjoy this.

But, if what you're asking is what I think you're asking, as it's a fairly common question from men, is more about "what if I do something I know she actually doesn't like and will make her mad, will she get mad and hurt me more? Because that would be hot and make me hard"

...to which my answer is: no.

If I, using your example, offered ass worship, and a guy started masturbating, how I would handle it would depend on the boundaries established in the scene. If I explicitly told him that he was not allowed to masturbate unless I gave him permission, likewise with any other activity, such as licking my ass or touching any other part of my body during worship, and he did it anyway, I would not think it "cute" and then just hit him as a method of correction. I would kick him out of my dungeon.

Actual boundary violations are not a game and treating them as such teaches your subs exactly how they can manipulate you to get what they want.

Some mistresses will whip or cane the guy for any of a dozen reasons or their whim!

If that's what has been negotiated in the scene, sure. But if it has not, no.
