We now live in a tip entitled society. Starting to see white paint on rear windows asking for cash app donations to fund birthday celebrations or beach trips.
If you've picked up food at a restaurant and go to pay, it's now common to hear this: "Here, I'll just flip this screen around for you and then it'll ask you a few questions". In reality, there is only one question, and it's what percentage tip would you like to leave. I always select no tip. I'm not even sure why anyone would leave a tip when they haven't had the food yet, received zero table service, and are spending 60% more now than two years ago. You're not very good at analogies. including those swarming in cash from 3 hour sessions. Sorry you're broke and can't afford it. Have a nice day.
