Hello Chi61. I've been playing with chastity for many many years, both long term and short term. I have never had anyone bleed simply from having a device on. The kind of blood you are talking about can sometimes result from the busting up of scar tissue in the ureteral while sounding. I am not sure how a normal chastity device could cause this. Was the blood coming from inside? Or from a scratch/pinch on the outside?

Thanks for your response. I was worried at first that it was internal. But now that I’ve had a few days after I’m pretty confident it was all external. There’s a lot of bruising and multiple cuts. I’m a bit perplexed by it as well. I think the ballbusting activity may have contributed. Also thinking the device was a bit small so everything was pretty confined and that there was a lot of blood flowing to the area (lol). But I don’t know. Probably won’t try this again for a bit and if I do, probably will be with someone more experienced. Though outside the literal bloodbath, it was a ton of fun.

Knowing that it was external makes more sense. I don't know the quality of your device, but some of the China made ones can have problems with fit and finish that can cause rubbing or cutting and you don't realize it until it's been on for a while. Give it another try once you healed - but try a different device. Unless it cut off circulation to your junk, there is no such thing as too small ;-)

That’s super helpful. I bought a couple online from Lockthecock.com and really liked the quality and the locking mechanism, ease to put on. But I felt they were all too large, bulky, and heavy. So I went on Amazon and found a much smaller one I think it was Ternence. I liked the size of it, but hate the lock and difficulty putting on and it’s the one that did the damage. Maybe I’ll look for another that size, but a different brand. I’m going to have quite the collection soon.
