Our go to was always with my wrists and ankles tied full extension,spreadeagled on my back. Not especially elaborate but very effective for both face sitting or for the mistress to ride cowgirl style.

It was also comfortable enough to tolerate if the mistress wanted to leave me for awhile between rounds or get me to the edge and then subject me to delayed gratification. (She used to call it "patience training" )
