Do you give it a second go around when all of the components are there but it didn't click? One of my best session relationships got off on the wrong foot. I sent a respectful email to explain my dissatisfaction. I did a session with her the next week and it was wonderful. I saw her dozens of times after that, until she moved. Now, I'm in a similar situation. Money isn't what it was then. It is a 2 hour drive. Do I go back?

Only you can make that call. If there was chemistry and only some of the session activities need to be tweeked I'd say sure, give it another try. (but only if she is open to discussion about what worked and what didn't in the first session.)

Thanks everyone for the advise. I've decided to give it another go. She was very receptive to my email and even followed up with a phone call the same day. We had a good conversation that was a little more in depth than the application process.

From your first post, I thought you'd end up going back. Something must have your interest enough to have had you wondering about it. Please keep us in the loop and let us know how it goes. It is good that you have a healthy attitude about it and are going in knowing it may not be a good fit for whatever reason.

Today I went back for a second try. It was an excellent experience. I can't say it was the best I've ever had. I'm not sure that I'll return, mainly due to the drive time. But, I was very pleased. I love this lady's videos. Now I can continue to watch them with happy memories instead of a sour experience. She handled this in a class act way.

Now I am ready to answer your first question. I always do at least two sessions with a new mistress. Truth be told there have been very few exceptions, but they had nothing to do with the new mistress. I was just not ready to move away from the previous one.
