So... A couple of these that come to mind...
I've had a dog shocker collar wrapped around my nuts in public. My wife took me to a bar. She'd periodically shock me for fun. Sadly, she wasn't as into it as I hoped.
She sure as shit loved using the shocker when she had me locked in chastity, with my ankle chained to the wall in the closet. Apparently she wanted some alone time in our bed so she could watch porn and masturbate.
Periodically, she'd zap my nuts to hear me yelp in pain, and she didn't unlock me until the next morning.
And just being locked in chastity in public seemed to happen a lot - I suppose that falls under Not so public - public play.
