I had a STEM background so there were not that many women around at work. They were getting extra appreciation because of that, and frankly their presence greatly enhanced the atmosphere. Nothing to do with sex, more with civility.

Understood. I'm not familiar with the latest generation of dommes. A lot of my prodom friends are in their 30's. They are all fantastic ladies. I've heard about overnight internet dommes who seem to think that is all about "Here, piggy, piggy" and free money. My guess is that they don't make it in the business very long. Is this what you are referring to as the new generation?
