I think this site would be better if selecting a mistress from the main page just opened a tab to her domina.ms page as opposed to opening a popup with a link to that page. Cleaner for you guys and better for searchers as there aren't little pop up windows which might be forgotten about.
Similarly, you might consider making the pictures on each domina's page enlarge on the page as opposed to opening in a popup. Same reason, with the additional benefit that you could put a "next" and "previous" button which allows searchers more easily to click through the pictures.
Just a couple of thoughts.
