70% of these 10M videos was pirated content (the best content...). That's a good news for the industry and people trying to make a living out of it, and a bad news for consumers! You mean bad news for THIEVES. Pirating someone else's work is a theft. Theft is a crime. If you watch pirated porn, you are complicit. Of course, thieves who also were consumers for PornHub, through premium subscriptions and ads. One term is not excluding another.
