Haha. I bought one of the cheap ones off Amazon years ago ( I think it was called a neon wand or something like that) and it was touted as a "medical device". Who knew? ;-)

I have a cheap violet wand kit that was sold as a beauty product. I have not tried it for that purpose but it's pretty effective as a CBT device!

Check Wikipedia for some interesting history of the RENULIFE VIOLET RAY machine.
