So I am sorry if I change the topic of this thread, but Spark's post reminds me of a question I always wanted to ask:
what kind of creative ways did people come up with for do it yourself BDSM activities? Sparks described a pretty elaborate DIY CBT approach. Any others like this?
I confess to having tried the "obvious" ones; self slapping, TENS self applied, various clips.
I think the only embarrassing thing I did involved Tabasco sauce followed by a desperate run to the shower to try to wash it off. This shit is really potent.
