I lived in Qatar for a little while. It's a slightly less uptight version of Saudi Arabia. You mostly notice (and get to see) women's eyes and shoes. Consequently they put an extraordinary amount of effort into both. After a while it becomes your window to the mystery and sexuality of a woman. It does work.
I think all of us pervs will have our heads totally pop off when this thing is over though. I can imagine a news report. "Perv heads found all over the tri-state area today as all bans are lifted. Details at 11...."
