Moreover, of all possible places to do so, the patient shared this fevered opinion on a BDSM website, a subject in which he has shown no other interest save for opining that it ought to be cheaper.

The panel concludes that the patient's predisposition to regard literally any happenstance as part of a massive global conspiracy and to blurt out that opinion without regard to his present surroundings/audience indicates both a deep and deepening pathology. At this time it is the determination of the panel that the patient is not ready to be discharged from this institution and likely will never be.
