I notice all of the above.
As far as collars and bdsm jewelry go I've only ever noticed *very) young Goth women wearing those out in public.
I guess when I first read this thread, that is what I was thinking...seeing someone out and about wearing a collar or decked out in leather. As for what I notice, in the past year it has been boots - especially knee high leather boots, or even combat boots. Fall and winter were very tough.
