You are correct that the owners of the site could possibly be charged with promotion. However, the much more serious legal jeopardy for the site owners would arise from the actual transfer of funds across state lines. They could likely be charged at the federal level with both bank wire fraud and money laundering. Those are extremely serious charges carrying lenghty prison time upon conviction and are likely the reason the money was returned to the subscribers.

Upon reading and then skimming through what this Lady wrote, then reading some of the responses here, it doesn't seem like she's taking into account the potential legal trouble O.F. can get in. Maybe they can, maybe they can't. I have joined a few sites on there and even managed one a bit for someone and the site definitely is lame as far as the numerous glitches it has.
Also, why would one wait two months to cash out? Is that standard? I don't know if Cheyenne's experience was with TER but I hated them.
