I concur with Domina M's choice of Arollo. The one thing to be careful of is that ladies with large calves/thighs might have a problem. I would say my calves and thighs are normal to small and both pair of mine are quite tight. I do believe they provide measurements on their site though.
Shipping in time might also be an issue. The first pair I ordered were shipped to the US and took 3-4 weeks. The second pair were shipped to Romania and took about 2 weeks.
Good luck! Good point about fit. I do know there are boot manufacturers that offer custom made to measure for anyone who needs a calf or thigh circumference that differs from stock.
